Bridal Session at The Crescent!

|mist| was at The Crescent in uptown Dallas this evening covering Rita and Michael’s wedding…so we’re finally free to showcase one of our most awesome bridal portrait sessions ever! Rita was quite a trooper as well, since all the outdoor shots were on location when the ambient temperature was probably around 45 degrees…BRRRRR! The |mist| crew had their warm jackets, scarves and even gloves but Rita did what the professional models do – pretend it was nice and pleasant out there! We had so many great shots that it was hard to pick a favorite…so we tried to narrow it down to these images (which one is your favorite??!?):

This one made it as a big print for their reception…and was also one of our favorites!

We didn’t want her to freeze so we went indoors…she had an amazing dress (thank Neiman Marcus!) and we loved this shot from the back!

Rita is an artist (she’s a professional writer!) and wanted something a little artistic…

We at |mist| love this artsy and quirky shot of Rita as a lampshade!

We found this little alcove area that had these tall tapestries…but we really liked that single rose in the almost-invisible vase!

Their wedding is still in the holiday season, and the Crescent’s 20-foot Christmas tree made a great backdrop

Something a little more classic…

And finally, one of the favorites of friends and family alike…

Thanks also to her cousin and Maid of Honor, Helen who helped Rita during the shoot!  Congratulations again to Rita and Michael! We’ll have our previews from their wedding available shortly…but in the meantime, feel free to leave a comment!
