Heather and Jamie: Throwing a party at the Clark Gardens!

UPDATE: To view Heather and Jamie’s formal photos, please click HERE.

Heather selected |mist| almost a year before her wedding day, and she told us that she really wanted her wedding pictures to be special.  As shown in some previous entries, we shot her engagement and bridal portrait sessions as well, but her fall wedding was an intimate affair that her family and friends just had a blast with!  Just a few more previews as we finish working through the rest of the days beautiful images…

Jamie decided that he didn’t need a room to get the final touches on his tux, and we got this great shot of him  buttoning up his shirt. Blue skies and perfect weather for the day!

Jamie and his closest friends (including his ‘best woman’) ham it up for the camera

We got this more traditional and elegant portrait of Heather prior to the ceremony

Sometimes, some emergencies come up at weddings and in this case, Heather felt bad for their ringbearer who forgot his tux! All things ended up well though since he got a new job distributing roses prior to the ceremony…

With the sun starting to set, we got this great image of Heather’s dad walking her down the aisle…

They had a beautiful ceremony, complete with the setting sun, beautiful weather, an enchanting garden,a string quartet, and their closest family and friends!

The newly-weds right after the ceremony…

…walking off into the sunset

Their reception was held under a big white tent, and the beautiful cake was definitely the centerpiece!

And they had the most unique guest sign-in  we’ve seen in a while – a guitar!

Talk about timing! We got this candid shot of Jamie dipping Heather to end their First Dance!

The couple share a kiss after the cake cutting…

There was a lot of dancing during the night…and we got this image showing the children just having a blast!

And finally, family and friends give Heather and Jamie a warm send-off!

Congratulations to Heather and Jamie and feel free to leave a comment or greeting for the couple!
